In just one year, from Comfortabele Passion to Olympic flame.

The “Oud Geleerd Jong Gedaan” Foundation brings together seniors eager to learn and motivated students. The mission was clear, and the level of commitment was high. Through two assessments and the team exercises available on the platform, the team continued to grow over the course of a year—without an external coach.

The Team at the "Oud Geleerd Jong Gedaan" Foundation

“Teamenergy gave us a clear understanding of where we stood as a team and what was holding us back from further growth. With concrete methods and clear priorities, we were able to independently drive our own development, with visible results.”

What the team did.

  1. 1

    The first measurement

The team was in the "Comfortable" phase Passion. Everyone knew the mission and felt strongly committed to it.

  2. 2

    Three Questions

Are we communicating clearly enough about what we expect from one another? Do we seek out constructive conflict? Is our direction equally clear to everyone?

  3. 3

    Get Started on Your Own

Using the team exercises from the platform, in a set order, without an outside coach.

  4. 4

    The second measurement

The team had expanded to Olympic flame.

What changed.

A year later.

By the time of the second measurement, the team had expanded to Olympic flame.

There are still some areas that need attention, but the team also has something to celebrate.

The Story of Enny van Arkel

As a foundation, we bring together seniors eager to learn and motivated students. Our mission is clear, and our commitment is strong. Still, I wanted to know: where do we really stand as a team, and what do we need to continue growing? The “ Teamenergy ” approach gave us insight into our areas for development and a concrete roadmap for tackling them ourselves. It didn’t stop at insight alone. In our second assessment, we saw a clear progression: from “Comfortable” Passion to Olympic flame.

Understanding what was holding us back

The first assessment showed that we were in the “comfortable” phase Passion . Everyone was familiar with the mission and felt strongly committed to our purpose and our social impact.

At the same time, we identified areas where growth was being hindered. Were we clear enough about what we expect from one another? Do we actively seek out constructive conflict? Is our direction equally clear to everyone? Those questions guided our action items.

Get Started on Your Own with Targeted Teaching Methods

What I appreciate about “ Teamenergy ” is that it doesn’t stop at analysis. The platform offers concrete activities, a clear sequence, and practical tools to help teams lead the conversation and take action on their own.

This allowed us to focus specifically on collaboration, expectations, and priorities. We took responsibility for our own development.

Professional Team development with limited resources

As a foundation, we rely on grants and external funding. Every euro must contribute to maximizing our social impact. A traditional program with an external team coach can quickly become costly.

Teamenergy For a modest fee, it offers a comprehensive platform for autonomous Team development: in-depth insights, clear priorities, and practical methods. This is particularly valuable for organizations with limited resources.

A visible step forward

In our second assessment, we saw that we had progressed to “ Olympic flame.” That’s a clear step forward. Of course, there are still areas that need attention, but as a team, we also have something to celebrate.

To me, this confirms that Teamenergy gave us exactly what we needed: insight into where we stood, clarity on what we needed to do, and the opportunity to work on it independently and purposefully.
