The people behind Teamenergy

It all started with Cees’s doctoral research. Now, six owners are working with Cemenne to build a platform for every team, drawing on their experience in academia, sports, government, and software.

Cees van der Zwan
Cees van der ZwanFounder of the “Teamenergy ” approach. Earned his Ph.D. from VU University Amsterdam in 2017 on energy in teams, following six years of research involving 100 teams. Has been working as a team coach for many years and hosts “ Teamenergy ” Live on LinkedIn.
Leonie van der Zwan-Lindhout
Leonie van der Zwan-LindhoutCo-founder. Psychologist and team developer. Started her career in healthcare, working in a nursing home and in the emergency room. Teams call her when they’ve already tried everything else. Co-authored the book * Teamenergy* with Cees.
Marco Buschman
Marco BuschmanCo-founder. Built the platform and the AI coach Luca. Founded the consulting firm Courius with Jaco van der Tang.
Hans van Egdom
Hans van EgdomCo-founder. Studied at the ALO and in human movement sciences, worked at NOC*NSF, and has been an entrepreneur since 2001. Works as a team coach and process facilitator in sports, government, and the energy transition.
Sjors Brouwer
Sjors BrouwerCo-owner. Worked at the KNVB for 22 years, progressing from club advisor to strategist for the board and executive management. Currently a business coach at Courius and an advisor at Back2Basics.
Jaco van der Tang
Jaco van der TangCo-owner. Previously worked at ABN AMRO, in the media, and at Arboned. Has been coaching teams and managers for 15 years as a co-founder of Courius.
Cemenne Snijder
Cemenne SnijderGrowth Manager. Previously worked in online marketing at Dr. Traffic and Suppdog. Is now building out the marketing strategy so that more teams can find Teamenergy .
