What the team did.

The approach put into words what was going on: trust, constructive conflict, and collaborative decision-making still needed to develop.

  3. 3

    Across Borders

Countries are increasingly sharing knowledge and insights with one another.

The Story of Gøril Rønning

NoA Ignite was formed through the merger of organizations in Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Poland. What were once independent, locally managed companies were to evolve into a single, integrated digital experience group with a single shared strategy, a single brand, and a single leadership team.

The mirror of Teamenergy

The “ Teamenergy ” approach made it clear that we were still in the “Restart the fire” phase. We primarily represented our own countries and markets, rather than the collective interest. Trust, constructive conflict, and joint decision-making were still in the process of developing.

The context was complex: a fast-paced market, the integration of multiple companies, different cultures, and varying levels of maturity. At the same time, we had to balance local operational responsibility with our role in group leadership. That dual focus was very demanding. The approach brought to light what was going on beneath the surface and made it clear where we needed to grow.

From Local Interests to a Shared Path Forward

The transformation has now been completed. The NoA Ignite brand has been launched, and the integrated organization is in place. Collaboration within the leadership team has noticeably improved.

We are increasingly looking beyond national borders: where can we draw on each other’s knowledge and expertise? How can we share insights instead of letting each country develop its own solutions? There is more shared direction, greater coordination, and clearer Ownership. We are still working in a dynamic environment, but we are increasingly doing so as a single team.

The Next Step

A follow-up assessment is scheduled for the near future. We’re curious to see where we stand now and what the next step in our development should be.

What began as a collection of strong national organizations is increasingly evolving into a single NoA Ignite with a shared strategy and collective leadership.
