We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not process more data than we truly need.

What We Collect on the Website

You enter almost all of the information we collect yourself. In addition, we store technical data about your visit.

On what grounds

  • If you contact us or request a proposal, we will need your information in order to respond and to prepare a potential agreement.
  • You complete the self-assessment to view your results. We use your information to display those results and, if necessary, to contact you. Our legal basis is a legitimate interest: we want to be able to provide you with your results and respond if you have any questions about them.
  • We are asking for your consent regarding Teamkompas. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

  • We use the technical data from a visit because we want to ensure our website is secure. That is a legitimate interest.

Cookies and Your Browser

Voor het meten gebruiken we Google Analytics, dat we via Tag Manager laden. Dat doen we alleen als je op Prima klikt bij de vraag onderin je scherm. Pas dan zet Google cookies en krijgt het gegevens over je bezoek. Klik je op Liever niet, dan laden we niets van Google en vragen we het je niet opnieuw.

We gebruiken die cijfers alleen om de site beter te maken. Er staan geen advertentiecodes op de site.

Netlify, waar de site draait, telt daarnaast het aantal bezoeken op de eigen servers. Daar zijn geen cookies voor nodig, en we kunnen er niet uit afleiden wie je bent.

Je browser onthoudt ook een paar dingen op je eigen apparaat. Dat zijn je keuze over het meten, of je de zelftest al hebt ingevuld en of je de bewegende beelden hebt uitgezet. Je bericht op de contactpagina blijft staan tot je de bedankpagina ziet. Die gegevens komen niet bij ons. Je wist ze door de websitegegevens in je browser te verwijderen.

On the platform

Anyone who uses the platform or takes an " Teamenergy " test provides us with more data:

  • For your account: your first name, the name of your organization, and your email address;
  • For billing purposes: your name, the name of your organization, your email address, your phone number, and any other information you provide.

We use this information to provide the measurement and the platform, to grant you access, to call or email you if necessary for the provision of our services, and to let you know if anything changes. The legal basis for your account and the measurement is the agreement with you or your organization; for billing, it is a legal obligation.

A team only receives a score if it has at least 5 members, and no one can see what any one person entered. To improve our model, we use only anonymized data. Reports show only the group’s results.

As a general rule, we do not process special categories of personal data, such as information about your health, religion, or ethnic origin.

Children

We do not wish to collect information from visitors under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. We have no way of verifying a visitor’s age. If you believe we have collected information from a minor without such consent, please contact us. We will then delete that information.

No automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. This means that a computer program never makes a decision on its own that affects people. A human always reviews such decisions.

Who else can join?

We do not sell your data. We only share your data when permitted by law: with third parties we engage to process data on our behalf, when necessary to fulfill our agreement with you, when you give your consent, when we have a legitimate interest in doing so, or when we are legally required to do so—for example, if the police request it in connection with a suspected crime.

We enter into data processing agreements with the parties working on our behalf, as necessary, to ensure that they protect your data and keep it confidential just as thoroughly as we do.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. In some cases, you may ask us to limit our use of your personal information, object to its processing, have your personal information transferred to another party if technically feasible, and withdraw your consent.

To do so, please email info@Teamenergy.ai. We may ask you to verify your identity so we can be sure the information belongs to you.

You will receive a response within one month. If your request is complex, we may extend that deadline by two months. We will let you know within the first month if that is the case.

Security

We protect your data against misuse and unauthorized access. Only those who need it can access your data, and we regularly review our security measures. Among other things, we use:

  • log in using multi-factor authentication (MFA) on our laptops and systems;
  • secure access to our building;
  • encryption of digital files;
  • anonymize wherever possible, starting at the source;
  • Keep personal data separate from the responses on the platform;
  • encrypted connections (TLS);
  • Access only for the purpose for which the data is needed.

All connections to the website are encrypted. The platform's data is stored in Europe.

A complaint

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please let us know at info@Teamenergy.ai. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

If anything changes, we will update this statement. The date of the latest version is shown at the top.
